Overview Surveillance Investigator The Investigator primarily observes and reviews the Food and Beverage outlets via CCTV and Econnect software program. Responsibilities Observe the Food and Beverage Department outlets to make sure they are following all policies and procedures. Document and organize required evidence, video, and other information to support violations noted during observations and investigations. Prepare final reports and other written documentation that support investigative findings and recommendations. Complete the above activities in a timely manner and according to policy and procedure Qualifications Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent and articulate in English.Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and other Windows-based applications required. Must be knowledgeable in Food and Beverage operations report writing and investigative techniques.
