As a Surveillance Lead, you will be responsible for leading by example in conducting facility-wide surveillance camera operations to assist in the protection and safety of the property, our guests, and Delaware North team members. All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **Responsibilities** + Assist the Surveillance Supervisor with planning and scheduling team member duties, ensuring proper coverage and operational efficiency + Train new team members on policies, procedures, and equipment to ensure compliance and operational consistency + Monitor all property areas, including gaming, cage activity, food and beverage, and facility security, for any violations or suspicious activity + Document and report procedural violations, illegal activity, and any other observed issues promptly through written reports and logs + Ensure that all surveillance cameras, computer systems, and equipment are operational and compliant with state racing and gaming regulations **Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in casino surveillance as an agent or operator working in the surveillance monitor room + Prior gaming or law enforcement experience preferred with an understanding of all table games + Ability to utilize multiple programs to research and investigate table games, slot system, food and beverage transaction data, license plate recognition, guest ID, and surveillance system analytics + Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses + Computer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity, and record keeping **Physical Requirements** + Work environment may consist of a dark area viewing video monitors and listening to 2-way radio traffic **Shift Details** Evening shift Day shift Split shift Overnight Evenings as needed Weekends Every weekend 8 hour shift 10 hour shift Overtime as needed **Who We Are** Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook.
