The Surveillance Officer is a challenging career that is for people who like investigating, observing, and using technology to protect the Casino. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Operates a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system to monitor casino activities and prepare reports and logs.  Operates software to save and preserve video coverage.  Presents evaluations of any observed illegal activity to the proper departments and makes recommendations.  Make recommendations and enforce state and federal regulations.  Communicates with security and other departments using phones and radios.  Follows policies to ensure safety and asset protection. Has knowledge of all slot/game’s procedures and Title 31.  Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.  Maintains confidentiality of all Race/Casino information.  Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Leadership.  Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures.   Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.   

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 21 at least 21 years of age. High school diploma, GED, or comparable experience preferred Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
