STARTING WAGE: $16.00 PER HOUR

Essential Job Functions Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect the integrity of Tropicana Evansville operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers, employees and company assets Report all illegal and/or unusual activities to the Supervisor Operate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, the network system, monitors, computers and cameras as assigned. Use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing programs required Observe report and record all daily casino and land-based activity using closed circuit television monitors to identify, illegal or unusual activities occurring on property Work in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees and company funds and assets Prepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed by Surveillance Management Perform all duties and follow all instructions as assigned by Surveillance Management Safeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentiality Knowledge of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as Tropicana Evansville internal controls, policies and procedures Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends Must be able to work in an environment with second hand smoke and loud noises Must be able to sit in a quiet environment for extended periods of time Must be able to visualize distance, color, depth perception and adjust focus May be required to perform other duties as assigned Certifications, Licenses, RegistrationsMust be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming Commission License. QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
