JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor casino games, cage, slots and soft count rooms, and property overall. Report all company procedures, internal control, and gaming regulation violations. Required to conduct investigations (thereby ensuring the protection of property assets) against claims of property loss, personal injury, employee misconduct, criminal activity and/or any incident or event which compromises the Company’s policies and procedures, internal controls, state gaming regulations, employees or patrons, as assigned by the Surveillance Supervisor. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames. Performs other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical/mental demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Physical Demands:
Have 20/20 or better vision with corrective lenses. Ability to differentiate between the different colored cheques, chips, and bill straps. Ability to lift 20 lbs.Mental Demands:
Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to: personal computer, all CCTV equipment, joysticks, multiplayers, alarm systems, and listening device(s). Consistently monitor and observe Ability to detect slight variations in Team Member’s tasks and Guest activities during observations. Ability to recall table games payouts, complicated procedures internal control, and gaming regulations. Possess the mathematical skills to calculate table games payouts utilizing formulas. Ability to effectively communicate using a telephone, two way radio, and computer. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, investigations, and promotions. Ability to sit and maintain mental concentration for significant/extended periods of time. Ability to multitask.Work Environment:
Closed office environment. Exposed to hot and cold temperatures, excessive noise levels, bright/low lighting levels, and smoke. High rise hotel and atrium. Use of stairs, elevators, and escalators.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Other:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Valid Gaming license. Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification(s). Must complete all required company training.
