In this influential role, you will lead the creation, execution, and analysis of surveys, delivering actionable insights while collaborating with partners in a dynamic, agile environment.
Your Impact Derive compelling narratives and identify patterns from survey results through statistical models, trends, key drivers, root-cause analysis, predictive and sentiment analysis, A/B tests, MaxDiff, conjoint, multivariate testing, etc.Construct effective surveys using outstanding methodologies aligned with research objectives and by employing experimental methodsNavigate the full life cycle of research, from methodology and survey design to sophisticated analyses and storytellingCommunicate your findings in a clear, concise, and visual manner to executives. Exhibit excellent verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a track record of decisive decision-making in statistical and quantitative contextsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of work experience with 3+ years in survey design, survey tools (preferably on Qualtrics XM, CX, EX modules), and translating raw data into compelling storiesManaged the end-to-end process of at least one large-scale survey project.
