Job Description
The Survey CAD Designer is responsible for the preparation and production of boundary, topographic, and physical feature location survey plans, subdivision plans, and land preservation surveys.
Hard SkillsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent or Bachelor's Degree2-3+ years of drafting/design experience in land development/surveying/civil engineeringAutoCAD/Civil 3D experienceAnalyze and interpret complex dataPerform advanced math calculationsPrepare boundary, topographic, as-built and other types of survey plansCreate surfaces and produce elevation contours for topographic surveysPrepare metes and bounds descriptions, description exhibits, as-built record drawingsSoft SkillsReport pertinent progress information to Project Manager and/or Surveying Services ManagerJob Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in New Britain, Pennsylvania.
