We currently have an opening for a full-time MicroStation Survey Technician in our Phoenix office. This is a full time role with full benefits, NOT a short term contract.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare right-of-way plans, boundary plats, various exhibits, topographic mapping, and digital terrain models for public projects.Reduce survey field data, perform records research, and compile site-related information.Work within the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements.Essential SkillsProficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position.Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsLSIT certification preferred but not required.Associates degree in Land Surveying preferred but not required.Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, design, drafting, land development, residential, commercial surveying, topography, GPS, ALTA, topographic surveys, total station, and survey crew.Work Environment
Professional dress with more casual Fridays. Office size consists of around 80 civil engineering professionals along with some field surveyors. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
