Survey Crew ChiefJob Description

We are looking for a Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Westfield. This is a long-term opportunity for a crew chief who could move up through the ranks quickly. Our projects include commercial, industrial, and residential work, with an eye towards supporting transportation projects in the future.

This role involves working outside in the field on survey projects, with a lot of autonomy. You will come to the office every day to pick up your truck. Typical hours start at 7:00 am every day, with 40+ hours each week. Benefits include healthcare, PTO/holiday pay, 401k programs, bonuses distributed through the department, and a company truck. You will be home almost every night, with little to no weekend work (having worked only three Saturdays in four years).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
