Job Description An employer in the San Antonio, TX area is looking for a Survey Tech. This person will work alongside a team of 3-4 techs to support Westwood's survey department. They will be working on commercial projects that can range from 1 acre to 200 acres. This right candidate will have a strong surveyor background in the commercial industry supporting large and small projects. They will ideally also have experience with utilities and the mark outs/ acquisitions of those. This position offers great training and opportunity for growth. This can pay up to $35/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed survey drawings and maps for commercial projects using Civil 3D. - Conduct ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys in accordance with industry standards. - Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of survey deliverables. - Interpret and analyze survey data to create precise and reliable drawings. - Maintain organized records of survey data and project documentation. - Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports. - Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
