Our Frisco, TX office is looking for a Survey Manager who embodies this purpose.
What You’ll Do:
As a Survey Manager at Bohler, you will:
Direct a team of survey professionals working on multiple large-scale projectsPlan, direct, and coordinate survey operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, technicians, and field operationsDevelop efficient and customized solutions for projects of any scalePersonnel management, proposal generation, and business developmentManage master contracts including fee estimation, project set-up, and execution of workPrepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks and ensure compliance with scope and timely completionPrepare client invoices, deliverables, and project-related correspondenceResponsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projectsDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and new clientsOther duties as assignedWhat We Offer:

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field required15+ years of experience required with a minimum of:5 years in a personnel management capacity5 years in a business development capacityProfessionally licensed in land surveying in AtlantaLicensure in other jurisdictions a plusExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plusSuccessfully oversee the production of ALTA, Topographic, Boundary, utility and route surveyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to lead staff, think critically, and provide support to multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to prepare and review technical proposals
