CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Survey Party Chief to join our Survey Team based at our Norwell, MA office location.
YOUR IMPACTCHA's comprehensive and experience driven approach to survey work is the hallmark of a successful project. We are focused on the use of advanced measurement technology to improve our process and results. Our robust quality assurance/quality control processes result in accurate and precise work.
At CHA, the Survey Party Chief plays a major role on our Survey Team and will be responsible for helping keep projects in scope, on schedule, and on budget. This role will interface between the field crew and office staff, and strong communication and leadership skills will be essential. The Survey Party Chief generally works in an outdoor environment and may need to interact with the public on occasion as well. The right individual will have experience working on transportation, utility, and other civil site projects, and will have working knowledge of surveying equipment.

REQUIREMENTS High school diploma required; A.A.S. and/or B.S. degree preferredNSPS-CST Level II certification preferred; LSIT preferredValid US driver’s license requiredA minimum of 3 years of related experience is requiredProficient with Microsoft Office is preferredKnowledge of AutoCAD design software & MicroStation software is preferredDemonstrates a good knowledge about the surveying industryMust be able to carry equipment over rough, uneven terrain, and physically navigate varying field conditionsAbility to travel short-term is requiredAbility to work outdoors in different weather conditions requiredAbility to represent him/herself and the company in a professional manner to the general public CULTURE/EEO STATEMENTAt CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
