ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple projects and be responsible for communicating with clients, staff, and field crews.Coordinate with public and private clients and contractors to deliver services timely and efficiently.Establish priorities and schedules for projects, field crews, staff, and clients.Provide quality assurance control and review all documents and maps.Interact cooperatively with survey teams and work directly with design engineers to prepare improvement plans.Oversee the completion of ALTA, topographic surveys, and field/office survey work.Draft and review legal descriptions.Supervise the preparation of parcel, record of survey, right-of-way maps, etc.Prepare lot line adjustments, map and deed research, map checks, process field data, and staking drawings for field crews.Check and prepare cut sheets.Essential Skills10+ years of land surveying experience.Preference given to those with PLS, LSIT, or CST certifications.Office and field survey experience.Ability to understand construction plans and maps.Proficient working knowledge of Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.Ability to run RTK, Static, Base Setup, etc. with Trimble R12i/TSC7 or older equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the field as a party chief in Arizona.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a clean office environment in Mesa, AZ. The role involves working with advanced surveying equipment and software, ensuring precise and efficient project execution. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00
