Job Title: Survey Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in both field and office survey work, along with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software. This role requires a State Survey license or the ability to obtain one, as well as experience in proposal preparation and job estimates.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee survey projects from inception to completion.Prepare proposals and job estimates for survey projects.Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software for drafting and project management.Conduct topographic and ALTA surveys as needed.Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely survey data collection.Ensure all survey work complies with state regulations and standards.Travel to job sites as necessary to oversee field activities and ensure project milestones are met.Essential SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent.5+ years of survey experience in both the field and office.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software.State Survey license or ability to obtain State license.Experience with proposal preparation and job estimates.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong computer skills.Experience with land surveying, topographic surveys, civil engineering, land development, and survey software.Work Environment

This role offers a flexible work schedule with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week. The position may require travel to job sites to oversee field activities. It is primarily an office-based role focused on project management. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
