Job Title: Survey Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Survey Technician, working on an exciting airport project with a concrete subcontractor. You will be onsite under the guidance of a project manager, performing concrete layouts and surveying using Trimble software. Additionally, you will assist the project manager with various onsite responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesPerform concrete layouts and surveying using Trimble software.Assist the project manager with onsite tasks.Utilize surveying techniques and equipment for accurate measurements.Interpret and work with blueprints and construction plans.Ensure compliance with safety standards on the construction site.Essential SkillsExperience with Trimble software.Degree or Associate degree in Construction Management.Surveying experience, preferably in concrete.Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans.Experience in commercial construction, specifically concrete.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with similar software such as Total Station or Leica.Familiarity with as-built drawings.Experience with general contractor responsibilities, rebar, and foundation construction.Work Environment

This role is based onsite at a large billion-dollar construction project with a high regard for safety. You will work from trailers onsite, as there is no office space provided. The environment promotes direct contact with leadership, offering opportunities for advancement and empowerment.
