Survey Technician Opportunity!
Description
This candidate must be knowledgeable of and abiding by safety requirements, have a good understanding of traffic control and safety procedures for a variety of surveying and construction operations. Responsible of the care, cleaning, and use of a variety of surveying tools and equipment including field radios.
Responsibilities
Handle daily operation, checking and basic field adjustments on transits, total stations, total electronic station, data collectors, levels, compass, tribrach's, and tripods. Knowledgeable of the principles of performing basic surveys: leveling, traversing, triangulation, trilateration, public land surveys, metes and bounds surveys, construction surveys, and photo control surveys.Coordinate field work for a variety of standard types of surveys under the supervision of a Party Chief. They will be expected to keep neat and orderly field notes for standard surveying operations: leveling, traversing, topographic mapping, layout, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, profile and cross-section surveys.Skills

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
