Key Responsibilities\nPrepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.\nCook and serve dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and set directions by the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.\nSupport other kitchen posts where required\nPreparation of mis en place for a la carte-, Room Service- and Bar menu.\nCheck, storage and processing of existing and newly delivered food items.\nSupport the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef with the food orders.\nProvide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.\nClean and re-set their working area.\nKnowledge of products and awareness of related costs.\nDaily surveillance and warranty of immaculately cleanliness and hygiene in entire kitchen area.\nWearing immaculate and clean Uniform according to corporate grooming standards.\nCompliance of respective policies & procedures\nControl condition of all technical and general work equipment\nParticipation on Culinary Team Meetings\nResult oriented relationship with all Restaurant Outlets, Stewarding, Purchasing, Human Resources etc.\nCompliance of work security\nCommitment to personal and specialized further education in relevant areas\nRecycle where-ever possible and enforce cost saving measures to staff.\nCommunicate to their superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment on and other relevant information.\nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.\n
