What will I do?

Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasksFollow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished productsBalance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standardsPossess an understanding of ingredients used and menu offerings, sharing knowledge with restaurant team membersComply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Required Qualifications

1 or more years’ experience working as a sushi/maki line cookKnife skillsEnthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine

Preferred Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in culinary artsExperience handling sashimi-quality fishExperience preparing sushi in a high-volume environment
