The Sustainability Data Analyst will play a key role in achieving Freeman’s goals of reducing our footprint by 50% by 2030, reaching net zero by 2050, and achieving zero waste. You will be involved in analyzing opportunities, tracking progress, uncovering insights, and telling our story as well as helping our customers better understand their impacts and opportunities.
This position will support our Sustainability team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates based out of:

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Manage data collection, organization, and input process from raw data into associated reporting systems.
+ Manage the data analysis and storytelling process, from raw data to customized reports in a timely manner.
+ Work with internal team to develop processes for data collection and lead relationships with key system providers on required functionality, reporting needs.
+ Develop analytics dashboards and reports to provide insight to leadership, other teams internally and customers.
+ Candidate must be able to interact professionally, directly, and promptly with clients.
+ Candidate must be able to comfortably translate sustainability-related topics to others at various levels of sustainability understanding.
+ Candidate must be able to capture, interpret, analyze, and visualize environmental and social data points.
+ Validate and analyze large environmental data sets for trends and insights and propose recommendations and conclusions.
+ Implements data standard and deploy tools to extract, clean, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics.
+ Construct data sets, monitor data quality, troubleshoot and resolve database issues to ensure data integrity.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements.
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year university or college with 3-5 years' experience in a related field or role is required.
+ Demonstrable skills in Excel.
+ Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
+ Experience in sustainability reporting including, but not limited to, carbon emissions (GHG Protocol, CDP, etc.), energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and other sustainability/ESG related metrics (e.g. Ecovadis) a plus.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Takes initiative and is proactive in suggesting and working on upcoming needs.
+ Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
+ Experience presenting data internally as well as external partners.
+ Organization and time management skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Familiarity with SQL a plus
+ Design experience with Power Point and Power BI for deck/presentation building is a plus

+ Salary range of $61,000 - $90,000 based upon experience. This position also qualifies for an Annual Incentive Bonus (AIP) of up to 5% of the base salary.
