SALARY: $79,000 annually + sign on bonus based on eligibility

ROLE SUMMARY

Our early-career Sustainability & Procurement Development Program fosters the next generation of leaders within the North American Sustainability & Procurement department. Throughout an 18 to 24-month rotational development program, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business areas, such as Marketing, Packaging, Raw Materials, Technology, Finance, and Logistics.

Successful candidates are bold, curious, and resilient individuals that can use data to problem solve and storytelling. In this role, you will be challenged to identify and implement cost, cash flow and supply security improvement opportunities through category strategy, business cases and supplier negotiations. In addition, through Sustainable Sourcing, you will help us lead the way to our Better World Dream and deliver a winning strategy to Lead Future Growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and evaluate product and supplier information, analyze market trends and assess supply base

Identify savings and cash flow improvement opportunities

Explore and implement creative solutions to deliver on our 2025 Sustainability Goals

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, perform business case analysis, negotiate and contract sourcing solutions

Analyze and use data to make critical business decisions

Present to leadership on a routine basis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Strongly Preferred: Recent graduate with degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Finance, Strategy or with experience/emphasis in Sustainability, Business Strategy and/or Procurement.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Collaborative mindset & effective communicator

Strategic & conceptual thinking

Capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable navigating in ambiguous situations

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
