Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Sustainability Team and Sector, based in Florida.

 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Leading sustainability projects, with a focus on reducing the environmental impacts for the building or site Performing calculations (site, water, energy, refrigerant management, lighting, views, etc.) associated with green building/site certification and net zero targets for various client projects Maintaining checklists for green building/site certifications Tracking net zero requirements for project pursuing Net Zero Energy, Water, Waste or Carbon certificates Developing Climate Action Plans Developing Energy Transition Plans Understanding and editing project specifications for green building/site certification Performing energy model inputs Filling out Letter Templates in support or certification efforts

 

What your experience looks like

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sustainability, Resiliency and Net Zero Projects and Green Building and Site Certifications

LEED Accredited Professional, LEED Green Associate, WELL Accredited Professional, Envision Sustainability Professional (required)
