This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

Manage and execute renewable energy programs, energy reduction and clean energy initiatives Partner with technical cross-functional teams to incorporate requirements into utility contracts that focus on energy reductionsExecute Scope 1 & 2 emissions reductions in A&F global operation and Scope 3 emission from product transportation to associate travelManage EU reporting and other energy reports as required by lawPartner with external vendors to ensure understanding and implementation of sustainability initiativesLead vision for sustainability energy programs through effective communication, strategy development and business processes that align with company goalsSelect service provider partners that are innovative, ahead of program trends and match program goals

What Do You Need To Bring? 

Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Sustainability, or Energy, or related experience3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain related to energy, climate, or environmental sustainabilityStrong, concise communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to evaluate circumstances, collaborate and communicate effectively throughout the business, including executivesAbility to manage confidential informationExceptional time management, self-motivation, and organizational skillsAbility to quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust within and outside of the organization
