Your mission: Joining our Sustainability and Finance Transformation team, as a Senior Associate / Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize integrated financial and Sustainability technology solutions that support the organization's strategic goals in regulatory compliance, greenhouse gas footprint accounting, sustainability analytics to drive climate risk resilience and sustainable business transformation, and financial reporting. Your expertise will drive the creation of reliable, scalable systems and processes that ensure precision, transparency, and accountability in financial and sustainability reporting.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, assess their IT landscapes, and deliver tailored recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, optimize performance, and generate actionable insights. By enabling data-driven decision-making across financial and non-financial domains, you will play a critical role in helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives. Be a part of our team where you will:
Collaborate with clients to assess their objectives, business processes across sustainability and finance, and IT landscape.
Provide strategic advice on how financial and sustainability cutting edge solutions can best meet their needs and drive business value, e.g., Climate ERPs, greenhouse gas calculators, data management solutions, disclosure management solutions, enterprise performance management incl. FP&A, and data governance solutions.
Lead and support solutions implementation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and end-users, to ensure solutions alignment with our clients’ business goals.
Conduct financial and ESG readiness assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects.
Support internal business development to further expand our financial and ESG-related service offerings.
Let’s talk about you. If you are/have
A master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Sciences or equivalent;
Proven experience and technical knowledge with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in one or more leading data warehousing, analytics and reporting platforms, including:
SAP (e.g. SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Sustainability Control Tower, SAP Sustainability Footprint Management)
Microsoft (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Fabric, ...)
OneStream, Tagetik, and Workiva will be considered as an additional asset.
Strong technical, architectural and data integration, modeling, and transformation skills;
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders;
Additional knowledge in one or more of the following domains / modules is a plus: controlling / cost accounting, financial reporting, ESG standards and reporting;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to challenging situations and various profiles;
Fluent in English with either French and/or German is required.
