Job Title: Sustainability Manager

Location: London
 
Working pattern: 5 days per week, site/office based.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

HSE Recruitment Network are recruiting for a Sustainability Manager, with the opportunity to represent a progressive company, who are going through an exciting period of growth.
 
The role will be focused on advising and supporting the group on all sustainability related matters, implementing sustainability processes and strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
Advise and support the Group on all sustainability related matters.Collate, review, and analyse sustainability related data, metrics, and reports to identify issues and potential opportunities for improvement within the Group.Complying with ESOS (energy saving opportunity scheme)SECR (streamlined energy and carbon reporting)Carbon reduction initiativesAccurate carbon reporting and calculationIdentifying the detail required for net-zero targetSMARTwaste developmentDevelop detailed initiatives to reduce waste and improve circular economyContinue to develop initiatives for water efficiencyIdentify ways to improve BNG (biodiversity net gain) and enhance ‘living closer to nature’ initiativesLiaison and interface with the technical teamIdentify the detail required to meet London Square’s net zero targetsCoordinate and deliver strategic initiatives for long-term performance gainsSustainability risk analysisTCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures)Social Housing Reporting Standards 
Experience required:
An experienced Sustainability Manager looking to enhance their career and get involved from day onePreferable developer experience within the built environmentA self-starter who can work independently and effectively
Ideal Personality Traits:-
Excellent interpersonal skills, with gravitas and ability to influence and leadComprehensive knowledge of Sustainability practices and metricsPassionate about Sustainability and Environmental initiatives.
