What will set you apart:
Technical certifications related to sustainability and environmental management.Strong understanding of sustainability certifications, standards, and regulatory requirements and how they affect the fresh produce industry.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Additional InfoWhat you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, agronomy, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability program management within the fresh produce industry.Proven track record of successfully managing sustainability initiatives and projects.Able to work in the field and travel as needed, with occasional overnight stays.Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation. BenefitsTotal Rewards: $90,000-$110,000 / YEAR
