Sustainability Reporting Intern
Overview

As the Sustainability Reporting Intern, you’ll get the chance to be a part of the outstanding Sustainability team at Crocs, Inc! Our Purpose is to Create a More Comfortable World For All, and this summer internship will enact that purpose through supporting sustainability reporting and communications that meets regulatory expectations and engages key partners in our Purpose strategy. The Sustainability Reporting intern will report to the ESG Reporting Manager.

What You'll Do Support Crocs, Inc. in preparing for international sustainability reporting regulations, such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) or CA Climate Bills Complete critical analysis and benchmarking of key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures and frameworks, such as CDP, CSA, ISS, etc. Support the advancement of ESG data collection, management, and integrity through collaboration with data providers across the organization to optimize our processes and platform Contribute to regular internal and external sustainability communications, as well as ad-hoc requests, to support engagement with key partners Opportunity to collaborate with other members of the sustainability team on environmental and social impact projects based on interest What You'll Bring to the Table Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field, such as sustainability, environmental science, sustainable business or finance, environmental engineering, etc. Previous experience leading and developing sustainability reporting Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of data or content to deliver strategic recommendations Teammate with strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills to support collaboration with global teams Strong problem solving and analytical skills, both in creative and diligent capacities Proficient in Microsoft Office tools required, experience in sustainability software is a plus Passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility

Salary or Pay Range: $22.50

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
