Global Funds Transfer Pricing Function
The Global FTP function is a within Balance Sheet Management in Corporate Treasury and is part of Citigroup’s broader Finance organization. FTP’s specific responsibilities cover the following:
+ Establishes and oversees the policies under which business assets and liabilities are funds transfer priced for interest rate, capital, and liquidity requirements
+ Engages in cross functional workstreams to design, enhance, and evolve frameworks and methodologies for attributing FTP costs and benefits to businesses
+ Executes firm-wide transfer pricing processes in line with established policies, procedures, and control requirements
+ Creates FTP reporting to guide management decision making
The Senior Vice President (SVP) who is responsible for supporting and/or leading various workstreams across FTP with a primary focus on the implementation of transfer pricing policies and practices globally. The individual will aid the FTP Sr. Manager and Head of FTP’s strategic vision to develop, enhance, and monitor the global FTP framework.
The FTP SVP exhibits in-depth knowledge of bank balance sheet management and the evolving regulatory landscape impacting a bank’s management of interest rate risk, liquidity, and capital. Requires a thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the firm. Clear and concise communication skills are a critical success factor. The FTP SVP will have a high level of visibility within the organization and requires an ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across Citi, including the Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as Enterprise Technology, & Operations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support ongoing funds transfer pricing execution and adherence to policies and controls, including all regulation and/or guidance which impacts FTP
+ Support and/or lead strategic and transformational efforts to implement FTP policy, frameworks, and funds transfer pricing systems
+ Ensures FTP is applied consistently across all businesses globally
+ Cross-functional interaction across Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Technology, and FP&A
+ Monitor and report FTP to allow for proactive management of the bank’s balance sheet
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, Corporate Treasury, and/or ALM preferred
+ Extensive knowledge of bank balance sheet management and the evolving regulatory and control landscape
+ Experience in running processes and ensuring proper controls and governance
+ Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects from start to end covering function strategy, framework development, implementation, and execution
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills
+ Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders across functions to solution complex and dynamic processes
+ Proven ability to work well under pressure in ambiguous environments
+ Demonstrates a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
**Education:**
+ **Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields (e.g., accounting, economics); advanced degree is a plus.**

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
