PRI is looking for a talented SVP, Client Partnerships -Rare Disease to join our growing team. We have offices based in NYC and Paramus, NJ and offer flexible work from home options.


Job Overview

The SVP, Client Partnerships is responsible for identifying and accelerating revenue growth in key markets, using your experience in Rare Disease to build credibility. This role will require new business development. To be successful in this role, the SVP will have excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills with the presence to work with client corporate and brand partners. 


This is a client-facing position and being seen as a valued client partner is critical to this role. This position reports to the General Manager.    


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy in Rare Disease

Achieve revenue and growth targets by generating new business opportunities 

Execute against the comprehensive strategic sales plan to serve as a roadmap for establishing and developing client relationships

Identify new business opportunities, develop new senior level relationships, nurture and grow existing relationships to maximize revenue potential

Monitor and analyze KPIs, revenue targets, and progress against strategic plans

Serve as a key member of the executive team and contribute to the overall direction and strategy of the organization


Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth, sales and marketing

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience in Rare Disease required

Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execution in high-growth environments

Demonstrated revenue forecasting and pipeline management

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Resilience and flexibility to handle pressures and challenges associated with executive responsibilities

Ability to travel (US and International) as necessary

The salary range for this position is $200,000-$250,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
