Target Range:

$175,000.00 - $225,000.00

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 15%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 15%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Build out this newly created Collateral team. Manage and provide daily oversight of the Portfolio Management team – focusing on continuous monitoring of the Bank’s performing loan portfolio. Manage all department functions, including, but not limited to, monitoring concentration limits, oversight of junior analysts, and curating information for compliance reporting.

Responsibilities:

Calculate borrowing base availability, including monitoring portfolio for concentration limitsMonitor payments, collections, and payoffsCollect documents as required in loan agreementsProcess draw requestsManage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for reviewLead a high performing organization by engaging associates, setting expectations, holding teams accountable and recognizing great work

Requirements:

Bachelor's degreeOver 10 years' direct experience (ABL lending, Covenants,...)
