SVP, Head of Media and Digital

What does a successful SVP, Head of Media and Digital do at Fiserv?

The SVP, Head of Media and Digital will be responsible for overseeing all media campaigns, setting, and managing budgets, analyzing data and ensuring the brands message reaches the right audience. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase consumer engagement, and ultimately achieve business goals. You will also be responsible for SEO, lead generation and .com across Fiserv – as well as unlocking our partners platforms as a ‘media channel’ for Fiserv. 

What you will do:
 

You will work closely with various internal Marketing, COE teams, as well as external agency partners, to ensure the successful implementation of media campaigns. 

Research and analysis to understand media consumption habits and market trends to inform media planning decisions.  Stay up to date with industry and emerging trends, platforms, and strategies to recommend and implement new opportunities to expand reach. 

Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, messaging and creative assets to ensure effective communication and brand consistency.

Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate media proposals to ensure optimal placements and cost efficiencies.

Oversee media buying process, including the selection and negotiation of media channels, placements, and ad formats to maximize campaign reach and impact.

Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, such as impressions, reach, frequency, click-through-rates, and conversion rates, to optimize media campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.

Manage and allocate media budgets effectively, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to foster their growth and maximize their performance.  

What you will need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

12+ years’ experience leading media and digital strategies

5+ years’ experience managing a direct and matrix team

B2C marketing experience

30% travel required

This role is onsite only Monday - Friday

What would be great to have:

MBA or master’s degree

PR or Media Agency experience

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
