This exciting opportunity is an executive position within the North America leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee key client relationships, drive platform innovation, and ensure excellence in delivery and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the formulation and execution of the market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall North American business objectives. Act as a thought leader, driving initiatives to strengthen FNZ’s competitive position in the financial services landscape.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary executive lead for US implementations, ensuring a strong partnership and transparent communication throughout the delivery phase. Cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and identify opportunities for future growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Regional Head of Delivery and the Regional Head of Operations to ensure seamless coordination across teams for effective platform delivery. Foster a culture of accountability and cross-functional teamwork, driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Platform Delivery Oversight: Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the FNZ platform, including the successful migration of client assets. Ensure that all project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Solution Quality & Innovation: Oversee the design and implementation of the platform solution, ensuring it meets client requirements and adheres to FNZ’s quality benchmarks. Continuously drive innovation to adapt to evolving market needs and regulatory demands.
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for the market, acting as the key decision-maker on prioritization and development initiatives. Identify and advocate for future roadmap items in response to client needs and emerging market trends.
Market Analysis & Guidance: Conduct and present comprehensive market and competitor analyses. Leverage insights to inform strategic decisions, guide internal teams, and provide thought leadership to FNZ's clients. Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry advancements to ensure FNZ remains a market leader.
Risk Management & Compliance: Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Lead engagement with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed, demonstrating FNZ’s commitment to operational excellence and compliance.
Team Development & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering an environment of professional growth and development. Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.
Experience required
Extensive experience in wealth management and the markets in which FNZ and our customers operate.
Expert in the FNZ proposition, products and all relevant market channels within region
Experience of working in a regulatory environment and an understanding of the regional regulatory market that applies.
Experience in a delivery / consulting environment in the financial services / wealth market.
Degree qualified or above or equivalent.
Be able to evidence establishing an environment of continuous improvement and capability development.
Experience in Finance, IT or project management desirable but not essential.
Confident, and able to take initiative given client– and delivery-focused environment.
Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style.
Superior analytical thinking.
Commercially aware and focused.
Intermediate computer skills essential.
Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
