Responsibilities

Oversee our Video Investment practice for the agency which takes a 360 approach inclusive of linear, OTT/CTV, and OLV Oversee a growing team of investment professionals in a flexible remote work setting  Develop and implement the holistic video investment strategy aligned with organizational goals, including oversight of all marketplace dealings and inventory supply management.  Oversee our agency side supply strategy with a focus on video but expanding into other on and offline channels  Establish and maintain relationships with key video platforms, publishers, and vendors.  The SVP is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of the agency media buying approach, while also pushing forward the practices of the team and agency. Set the bar for business strategy, performance analysis and investment strategy across the team and agency, acting as the go to resource for the most advanced media and business challenges our clients and teams face. Provide senior presence in all forms of client interaction from day-to-day managers to the CEO/CMO/VP level. Earn clients' trust to manage multi-million dollar investments across Holistic Video Channels Analyze and streamline investment team operations, improving efficiency and workflows.  Manage and optimize resourcing across the team, overseeing candidate pipelines and the interview process.  Set the roadmap and oversee the professional development and skills development of all Video Investment team members. Contribute as a key leader across Monks to agency-wide vision and initiatives.

Experience Requirements

15+ years of experience buying media at scale in both Linear and Online Video, against both performance and brand based KPIs Deep expertise in national linear with experience in local TV buying Extensive knowledge of streaming video marketplace and its role for enterprise clients  Experience in audio (terrestrial and streaming) to support ad hoc request  Experience in leading agency scale supply optimization programs  Strong industry connections across the publisher and platform ecosystem  A proven track record of turning business problems into business solutions using data, automation, and statistics

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range $250,000—$275,000 USD
