This platform is integrated with Imaging Solutions and Electronic Messaging. **Job Profile** The LLM /NLP Sr. Technical Lead-, Application Development Gr. Manager is a strategic and Technical professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. **Roles & Responsibilities:** + Single point of Technology leading vision, delivery and roadmap for Trade Strategic Standby Text negotiation engine to be built on AWS LLM model + Drive Strategy for product roll out and delivery of the solution across global markets with Business and Operations + Help Business and technology identify use cases for leveraging similar solution across industry for other use cases + Develops architecture, strategy, planning, and problem solving solutions on an enterprise level. + Interfaces across several channels, acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining direction for future projects. + Maintains continuous awareness of business, technical, and infrastructure issues and acts as a sounding board or consultant to aid in the development of creative solutions. + Depending on project scope, may be accountable for end-to-end results including such items as: budgeting, policy formulation as well as providing future state technology strategies for an effort. + Interfaces with vendors to assess their technology and to guide their product roadmap based on Citi requirements. + Exhibits in-depth knowledge of how own specialism contributes to the business and has a good understanding of the commercial environment. + Provides thought leadership in subjects that are key to the business. + Requires sophisticated analytical thought to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations. + Impacts the technology function through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions. + Uses developed communication skills to negotiate and often at higher levels. + Performs other job duties and functions as assigned + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Responsibilities:** + Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) + Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results + Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues. + Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards + Integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve established goals + Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources + Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of IT experience + 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or machine learning. + 3+ years experience and strong understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., Transformers), training methodologies, and optimization techniques. + Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. + Experience with distributed computing and GPU acceleration for training models. + Proven track record of deploying LLMs in production environments. + Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and transfer learning. + Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring. + Experience with specific domain adaptations of LLMs (e.g. Trade finance - Standby Guaratees text negotiation) . + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying machine learning models. + Knowledge of emerging topics in AI, including ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainability in LLMs. + Strong exposure to JAVA, J2EE Development experience including exposure in using RDBMS such as Oracle, Java, Fuse, and MicroService, Talend + Hands on in programming in J2EE technologies such as JDK 1.6, JSP,DWR, Struts 2.3, Spring Framework, AJAX + Strong experience in Cloud development stack – PaaS (OpenShift/Cloud Foundry) & Docker + Exposure to UX technologies like AngularJS + Delivered solutions powered by DevOps & Agile + Good Exposure to JQuery Easy UI, HTML 5.0, AJAX + Working exposure to deliver quality product using BDD/Junit/Functional Automation etc. + Experience in applications development + Experience in management and Ability to develop working relationships + Experience managing global technology teams + Working knowledge of industry practices and standards + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication + Management and prioritization skills + Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly + Methodical, attention to detail **Leadership Skills:** + Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task + Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly + Excellent communication skills.
