SVP, Model Risk - Program Management Lead (Hybrid)

The Program Management Senior Lead is responsible for delivering Model Risk Management (MRM) projects, partnering closely with MRM Seniors, Model Risk Management System (MRMS) Product Owners, MRM Validators, Model Sponsors and Technology. The role requires significant Project Management experience leading cross-functional teams within Risk and Technology. Excellent communication skills are required in order to present and negotiate at senior levels.
**In this role, you are expected to:**
+ Act as the Project Management Senior Lead for MRM responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including development and management of integrated projects plans,the identification of Risks and, the execution of mitigation strategies
+ Coordinate with MRM and Technology to reengineer the existing MRMS system as well as manage enhancements to the current system; aligned with annual tech investment process.
+ Contribute to the development of program scope and implementation design. Define RACI and KPIs and other measurements to ensure success of the project implementation.
+ Direct the communication of program/project status to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
+ Responsible for adhering to Citi Program Management Policy & Procedures including utilization of systems like PTS, JIRA, etc.
**As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ 10+ years of Project Management experience
+ Demonstrate a consistent track record as Program or Project Manager delivering complex cross-functional efforts.
+ Excellent understanding of PM methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile).
+ Understanding of the data (design, principles) and technology models and architecture
+ Well organized, self-motivated, and good attention to detail, ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, take reasoned decisions under pressure and willingness to ask questions and challenge existing processes.
+ Prior experience in Risk preferred. Knowledge of Model Risk Management including Model Validation, Model Development, Ongoing Performance Assessments preferred.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficient in content creation for executive summary, senior management review packages
+ Highly organized, detail oriented, experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
+ PMP preferred but not required.

+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
