SVP, Project Senior Lead - Branch Formats and Design
The Branch Formats and Design Lead is a member of the Network Distribution leadership team that supports the branch network and the US Retail Bank. This individual is a thought leader who follows the latest trends in branch and retail design and then adapts and applies them to support the retail bank’s ongoing network optimization and branch modernization efforts. Requires excellent communication skills in order to define requirements, negotiate internally (often at a senior level), and coordinate and manage external vendors. Diplomacy and negotiation skills are also required in order to guide, influence, and convince others, both internally and externally. Accountable for overseeing the overall design execution function for the physical branch and ATM network and for managing the bank’s physical design test and learn agenda to ensure that Citi remains an industry leader in branch customer experience. Individual Responsibilities: + Partner with Real Estate Services (RES ) to design branch formats and physical design elements in support of the branch network’s network optimization and branch refresh efforts + Partner and collaborate with Sales and Service partners to define business requirements and overall design intent + Oversees execution through building life cycle and responsible for defining the efficacy of individual physical design elements + Interact with internal and external colleagues, including architects, design firms, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure successful and timely project completion + Develop and execute a robust test and learn agenda of different design elements in both new and existing branches + Responsible for partnering with marketing and brand to define our branch merchandising standards, inclusive of interior and exterior signage and brand elements + Oversee the creation of design concepts, presentations, and documentation of continuous improvement + Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality standards are met + Stay current on industry trends, competitor best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and project strategies Basic Qualifications: + Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience + 10 or more years of experience in design and related project management activities Preferred Skills/ Experience: + Expert knowledge of retail design methods and approaches + Demonstrated leadership skills + Strong organizational and analytical skills + Advanced knowledge of project management + Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data to confirm/refute individual hypotheses + Excellent verbal and written communication skill ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Business Strategy, Management & Administration ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Strategy & Development ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $176,720.00 - $265,080.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
