SVP, Strategy Lead - Wealth Deposits Pricing

As we partner with our clients, we can provide global thinking informed by deep local insight and help deliver the complete financial management strategies that today’s wealth requires. **The Role:** The Global Wealth Deposit Pricing Strategy lead will identify, develop, and execute pragmatic and actionable strategies to drive long-term growth and profitability for the Wealth Deposit business. To do so, the Pricing Strategy Lead will need to build strong working relationships with the Deposit Sales and Product teams, and other Wealth business leaders. As Pricing Strategy Lead you will need to combine an independent perspective with a collaborative approach to become a trusted advisor to the wider Wealth Deposit team. You will also guide the business to translate rigorous analysis into impactful insights and practical recommendations. **Key responsibilities:** · Lead a global Wealth Deposit pricing strategy development and opportunity identification. · Monitor external market and competitive trends proactively and drive thought leadership. · Structure, manage, and lead teams through the strategy cycle by assembling the fact base, executing rigorous analysis, developing actionable recommendations, and ensuring results. · Manage key relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including bankers, Treasury, product specialists, and sales teams. · Deliver tangible value and measurable P&L impact. · Drive the annual planning process and preparation of strategies around different rate cycles. · Lead and/or assist with initiatives and special projects critical to the direction of the Wealth Deposit Business. · Maintain a strong controls environment. **Qualifications** · 5+ years’ experience in financial services, strategy and/or management consulting with expertise in Wealth Management and/or Deposit Business. . Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, deliver insight through rigorous analysis, and synthesize recommendations into fact-based and practical solutions executed with urgency. · Results-oriented: takes pride delivering practical, executable strategies that drive long-term shareholder value by prioritizing tangible impact over theoretical possibilities. · Ability to envision an enhanced future state, communicate a clear strategic direction, and motivate and inspire others to achieve it. · Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build credible and trusting relationships across Wealth to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization. · Self-motivated, highly adaptive and able to work well in a demanding environment. · BA/BS required, MBA preferred. ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Private Client Product Services ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Banking Cash Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
