The Liquidity Change and Data Management team within the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to define, drive, and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts for processes, controls, infrastructure, and the operational tool set required to support the day-to-day Liquidity Risk Management and reporting functions. These functions include, but are not limited to, liquidity regulatory reporting and metrics, management reporting and liquidity stress testing, which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions, technology and line of business partners. The team is responsible for
delivery of Treasury’s Change and Data objectives and collaborates with stakeholders to identify priorities, coordinate efforts and track progress, and define and implement best practices.
The Treasury Liquidity Change and Data Management Senior Lead Analyst is a strategic professional will be responsible for supporting transformation workstreams that deliver improved liquidity monitoring and reporting, with a focus
on regulatory liquidity automated reporting solutions. This role requires a background in liquidity reporting and/or large-scale project management efforts, combined with a disciplined, process oriented approach to delivery, the ability to function in a dynamic and fluid environment, strong attention to detail and a
willingness to drive multiple efforts simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are required to communicate and negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of
responsibility over technical strategy.
Responsibilities:
+ Delivery and governance of the Liquidity reporting infrastructure changes including external FR 2052a reporting/LCR/NSFR and internal stress metrics like RLAP, RLEN, RCEN reporting.
+ Participates in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management in coordination with Global Technology Services, project support, as well as communications and policy management across Finance and Risk.
+ Assists in managing the end-to-end program tracking, reporting and implementation processes, communications.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail but also the ability to see the bigger picture
+ The ability to understand and clearly articulate the business benefits of the change requests
+ A structured approach and good organizational skills to be able to multitask and prioritize where necessary
+ Willingness to ask questions and the ability to quickly grasp and master the subject matter at a detailed business level to enhance value add during business requirements discussions.
+ Demonstrates execution skills with a proven track record of operating in a transformation environment, including process and technology change management.
+ Drive multiple programs simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.
+ Work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative and follow through until resolution.
+ Oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
+ Work together with the Finance, Technology, and business partners to implement liquidity enhancements and changes with a focus on reporting tools like Tableau and IFW.
+ Implementation of reporting functionality and integrated technology platforms.
+ Enables a foundational reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Finance and Risk
+ Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry highly preferred
+ Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Liquidity Reporting, Program Management, including Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis.
+ Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function.
+ Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
+ Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
+ Excellent Microsoft office skills like data analysis capability using Excel or Access, including graphs, pivot tables, reference functions and data analysis.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, including creation of milestones, dependencies and tracking a project plan baseline.
+ Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience creating senior management level presentations
+ Working knowledge of JIRA and/or project management methodologies Agile & Waterfall
+ Very good written and oral communication skills

+ Bachelors degree required, master’s degree preferred

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
