Job Description:
We are looking for an SVP - AML KYC Customer Risk Rating (CRR) Delivery leader within the AML Technology division. You will also have an opportunity to provide guidance and leadership beyond your immediate project on significant AML strategic initiatives to modernize the technology and capabilities to align with the portfolio and enterprise technology roadmaps.
The primary responsibility of our team is to design, develop and maintain the technology platform that processes the banks payments through behavior detection algorithms to detect suspicious and fraudulent activity.
The open role is for a person who has delivery expertise in KYC, Entity Resolution, Customer risk rating and will own the end-to-end delivery of AML Customer Risk Rating (CRR) technology portfolio for TD. The person needs to be experienced in KYC/CRR domain and worked in financial institutions handling KYC/CRR.
The hire will be accountable for end-to-end application /delivery and manages portfolios end to end under KYC /CRR domain. The person will own the AML business solution analysis, design, and delivery. The hire will have expertise in Financial crimes products like Oracle OFSAA , FCCM or similar products .The person will work with the AML business to identify opportunities to deliver Oracle product customizations including risk scoring methodology ,customization and data model. In addition, the hire will be responsible for all regulatory engagements related to AML CRR and support AML regulatory exams for technology.

Drive end to end application delivery and provide leadership across technologies/products including Customer Risk Rating (CRR).Deep understanding on Entity Resolutions products, Risk rating and KYC domain.Provide solution architecture and design guidance on changes in the Oracle Financial Crimes & Compliance management application and related areas.Build and manage technology team in North America.Own the AML business solution analysis, design, development and BAU support.End to end Data accountability on Customer Risk Rating (CRR).Work with the AML business in identifying opportunities for delivering Oracle product optimizations and risk rating methodology , customizations.Work closely with KYC business and Tech to align with CRR methodology and understand impact to KYC and Transaction Monitoring.Responsible for all Regulatory engagements related to Customer Risk Rating (CRR) Delivery and Support AML exams from technology perspective.Provide Oracle product data requirements and own the design for Source to Target mapping /data dictionaries to ingest data into AML platforms from Line of business source systems.Support defect prioritization and resolutionContributes to the strategy and long-term planning activities for Financial Crimes Risk ManagementAccountable for providing technology estimates in alignment with the Estimation Framework.Establishes a plan for all technology deployment(s) and coordinates technology dependencies across multiple projects to align with and reduce risk of organizational constraints.Provide leadership across environment management, release management, end-to-end testing.Job Requirements:

Recognized University degree with minimum of 10+ years' of working experience with strong exposure to Financial Services. Background of Information technology, Data Analytics, Business computing will be preferred.Domain expertise in KYC/CRR , CRR methodology , scoring model.Minimum of 12+ years of experience to provide leadership around design and development of Oracle OFSAA/FCCM or similar product solutions globally in banks.Mandatory SME level knowledge of the KYC /CRR domain in technology .Expert level understanding of the OFS KYC risk scoring models and KYC module.Very good understanding and exposure to development and customization using Oracle products or similar products and data model.Evidence of working with regulatory bodies on providing response to AML exams during audits.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with key business partners, understand financial markets and regulation and apply analytics to drive commercial value.Who We Are:
