Your role and responsibilities

Accountable for defining and implementing sales for the Global NEMA Motors division. Proactively leads, develops, and coaches the Sales function and manages the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tCreating, planning, and implementing the sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.•\tLeading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).•\tOverseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.•\tDefining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s Degree with minimum 15 years of experience in industrial motor sales at a large multinational company dealing with customers in multiple countries and locations with 10+ years of experience leading large sales teams across multiple locations\tDemonstrated capability in developing successful market strategies across regions and understanding of relevant markets, customers and competition\tStrong global business financial acumen with a proven record in execution of defined strategic initiativesPreferred Experience Includes: \tPortfolio Management - Business / Go-to-market Strategy, Customer Experience Success, Regulation & Legal Compliance, Pricing Excellence, Budget & Performance Targets, Solution/Application Sales Engineering, Channel SalesTravel required – approximately 50% Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
