**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Identify automation opportunities to drive change by implementing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency, transparency and accuracy while reducing operational risks across broker dealer reporting and major banking regulatory reports.
+ Develop strong understanding of scope for relevant product (report blast pattern) and associated regulatory instructions.
+ Develop strong understanding of product and key data elements required to drive reporting.
+ Work with PMO to stand up project charter.
+ Work with reporting team and senior members of CRR change team to develop strong understanding of current process and pain points.
+ Work with key stakeholders to drive Business Requirement Documentation and to ensure functional requirement & design meets requirement and achieves Program stated benefits.
+ Assess and escalate Program risks and remediation steps required to address.
+ Maintain multiple large scale change programs including data sourcing from authorized data stores, report automation and capital & reserve calc automation.
+ Deliver solutions to help streamline data sourcing, automate report production and enhance analytical capabilities.
+ Assess complex current state regulatory reporting processes and infrastructure to design target state architecture and identify risks and inadequacies.
+ Create a vision and roadmap for a program with horizontal and vertical impacts based on industry trends and strategic direction in order to achieve business value.
+ Utilize understanding of broker dealer reporting and US Regulatory Filing instructions for Call Report, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 009, FR 2510, 14Q, FOCUS, and FR Y-15.
+ Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Master's degree or equivalent in Information Management, Finance, Accounting or related: and
+ 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.
+ Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Maintaining multiple large scale change programs including data sourcing from authorized data stores, report automation and capital & reserve calc automation;
+ Delivering solutions to help streamline data sourcing, automate report production and enhance analytical capabilities;
