Team Overview:
JLL’s Public Institutions group (“PI”) provides a wide range of real estate services to public agencies and higher education clients. We identify and implement strategies that allow organizations to fully leverage their real property in close alignment with their organizational missions. Our practice has grown rapidly over the past decade and is an industry leader in providing complex development advisory and portfolio planning services to mission-focused and public entities with a specialty in public-private partnerships. We work on some of the largest and most transformative real estate projects in the United States, providing services that include: real estate market and feasibility analysis, P3 advisory, real estate portfolio strategy, brokerage services, real estate development advisory, and transaction management and negotiations.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Vice President, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the Government, Education and Non-Profit Advisory team. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the team, developing and leading teams, driving business development, and delivering exceptional advisory services to our clients.
In this role, you’ll be expected to work closely with the senior leadership team of the Advisory business, manage a team of Vice Presidents and/or Associate Vice Presidents, lead significant client engagements, identify areas for growth and cultivate new client relationships, and use JLL’s platform and capabilities to deliver an integrated service approach.

Manage a team of Vice Presidents, providing coaching, mentorship and advocacy;Regularly meet with direct reports to understand capacity, address challenges and track progress against goalsMeet weekly as a people management team to align on national staffing and talent management issuesWork with project leads to staff projects effectively and efficientlyParticipate in JLL’s talent review and year end performance review processClient

Estimated total compensation for this position:
