Job Purpose & Scope The origination, servicing, and collection of Residential Construction loans including both vertical construction and lot development. Essential Job Functions + Develop and manage business relationships by understanding the unique needs of our customers and provide appropriate financial solutions for construction loans. + Drive origination of Residential Construction loans while managing risk and accurately assessing financial statements. + Manage on-going servicing of Residential Construction loans through loan portfolio management. + Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues promptly, and builds customer loyalty. + Represent the Bank with continued business development activities within the market area. + Regularly exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of the other essential job functions + Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or similar degree, or commensurate work experience required. + Minimum five (5) years “In-Market” experience as a Residential Construction lender required.
