As a Software Engineer Team Lead, you will: + Guiding your team to achieve progressive goals through strategic direction and mentorship. + Contributing closely with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality, cutting-edge solutions in a rapidly evolving landscape. + Managing the technical design, research, architecture, and implementation of our Kubernetes security solution. + Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team maintains a competitive edge. **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have at least 5 years of development experience in Go or a similar programming language. + Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader managing a team of 5 engineers. + Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills + Have a deep understanding of Kubernetes Architecture + Be passionate about building scalable, enterprise-grade security products + Have a B.Sc.
