Here you contribute significantly to taking charge of test and verification of the low power hearing chipsets we design.

The automated test environment is a key component in ensuring characterisation of our custom ICs for medical applications. You will contribute to making sure the environment keeps IC verification efficient and that it can be kept both automated and validated. You will join our IC team that develops chipsets and creates advanced ICs.

The team you will be part of

You will join a large group of specialist development engineers in the IC development Team. The IC Team work well together and continuously give each other feedback, cooperating closely to bring forward the best results. Becoming a key member of this skilled team of specialists, you get to bring your skills and experience in test and verification into play.

The IC team is developing an automated IC test environment within a Python framework based on PyMeasure. With standard plotting/data processing based on Pandas. Custom libraries are created to implement drivers to instrumentation and proprietary test hardware for which also requires development of firmware from time to time.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:

Taking charge of capturing requirements for the software test environment from IC development teams ad develop the software test environment

Overlooking the firmware development for our test hardware and ensure the test environment is validated through a maintained test framework

Introducing new features to the test environment to improve IC verification reports

Supporting new instrumentation to the test environment as required

Configuration management of the test environment and support development of software development and software testing processes

To thrive in the role:

We highly value your engaging presence, your solid interpersonal and communicational skills. You thrive with overseeing, coordinate and create overview and processes. Furthermore, you are a good listener, collaborative and bringing your can-do attitude mentality to the table.

You have a degree in electronics/software development with a keen interest in interfacing to hardware and test systems.

Furthermore, you have experience or knowledge within:

Python programming

Object orientated programming

C/embedded programming
