As the SWAC FDIO Staff Integration Management Specialist, you will provide on-site support to FDIO leadership and staff to optimize day-to-day operations of the FDIO and drive integration within the Space Warfighting Analysis Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze incoming taskings/requests for information with a critical mindset to determine the appropriate product and information required for responseManage and track action items using Task Management Tool (TMT) and other applicable software and database tools (e.g. Excel, Project)Facilitate the setup, execution, and participate in Force Design reviews to support/defend Force Design recommendationsEnsure the Director is thoroughly prepared for each event on their schedule, to include scheduling preparation time, providing read-ahead materials, biographies of participants, subject matter experts, and arranging advanced meetings, as requiredEstablish and maintain effective working relationships within the Programs, Space, IC, and stakeholder communities and understand their organizational goals/objectives, parochial views and their impact to SWACManage FDIO Director’s and Deputy Director’s dynamic daily calendar, interfacing with senior officers/executives from multiple military commands and intelligence agencies, and facilitating communication between SWAC senior executives and staffSchedule meetings/events to maximize the Director and Deputy Director’s time. Identify meeting participants, subject matter experts (SMEs) and required materials to thoroughly address the issue, produce solutions, direct further study, or re-vector the effortPerform broad office duties such as ordering supplies; receiving, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence; answering phone calls; setting up VTCs, receiving/escorting visitors; writing meeting minutes; making copies; and managing records management Assist security personnel with security clearance verification, building access, data transfers, processing visit requests, etc., as requiredInfrequent travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations at the request of the GovernmentOther duties as required/requested by the GovernmentWork Environment:

Required:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, agreeable to polygraphBachelor's degree5 years of experience in a Director’s Action Group or similar role supporting Senior Executives in classified environmentsMust be a US citizenExceptional professionalism and strong experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive informationExceptional interpersonal and communications skills via phone, email and in-personDemonstrated ability to interact and build effective relationships and teams with government customers, FFRDCs, and contractors, working in a highly dynamic environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior government leadersProficient with security processes/procedures (e.g., document marking/handling, generating and transmitting classified visit requests) in TS/SCI and SAP environmentsCapable of opening/closing FDIO office spacesStrong experience with office management procedures, equipment and information management systems such as on-line calendars, Task Management Tool (TMT), security clearance visit request information systems, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (ie, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Experience with working in special access program and special access required environmentsDesired:
Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraphPrior experience as an A&AS contractor in a DoD, MDA, or IC Acquisition organizationScheduled Weekly Hours:

Basic Compensation:
90-100k
This range is for Colorado only.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
