Reviews, routes and extracts incoming SWIFT messages and ensures their delivery to designated ABOD Units/ Sections.Compiles daily and monthly volume reports for management.Provides coverage for AM and /or PM operations.Responsible for the logging, sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing SWIFT messages.Responsible for data entry of outgoing SWIFT drafts when necessary.Verifies outgoing SWIFT message hard copies to ensure accuracy of message content.Approves outgoing SWIFT messages up to employee's authorized approval authority.Ensures return delivery of outgoing SWIFT messages to designated ABOD Units/Sections.Reviews, extracts and delivers pertinent MT910's to the designated ABOD Unit s/ Sections.Verifies authorized signatures of internal Units/ Sections.Responsible for the termination of incoming SWIFT traffic through the MTS SWIFT status change function.Responsible for the creation and distribution of the outbound fax report for the fax server.Inputs and/or approves fax server phone book entries.Performs daily intraday or end of day proofs for SWIFT.Prepares the billing related to SWIFT processing.Provides the first check on outgoing payments and batches.     Performs RMA duties for MHCBUS33 and MHCCUS33 as instructed by Head Office.Confirms with ABOD Units that all SWIFT messages delivered have been received and processed when closing the operation.Create, review and revise procedures as necessary.Responsible for assisting with staff trainingParticipation in SAU and bank wide projects, including UAT.Participation in bank wide training.Member of the SAU BCP TeamOther duties as assigned by VP and /or management.
