Sea Colony Fitness is hiring a Swim Instructor!   The base rate of this position will be $15 per hour with commission of $9 per hour on top. Or a commission of $4.50 per lesson.   Key Responsibilities of the Swim Instructor: Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety. Assists in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by department manager. Enforces the rules of conduct. Organize and support scheduling of lessons and billing with Wellness Director Communicated with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement. Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required.   Minimum Qualifications of the Swim Instructor: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to four years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPR, First Aid  Experience required   

Other Qualifications:

ASCA certification preferred.
