Perks: Flexible schedule Free uniforms Employee discounts Training & development opportunities Company events Growth potential What You’ll Do: Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, progressive program Interact with students, parents, and guardians Support the Aquatics Manager and follow British Swim School standards Maintain certifications and stay updated on required training Qualifications: 1-2 years of swimming experience High school diploma (or in progress) Enthusiastic, positive attitude Comfortable in the water Must maintain certifications (training provided) Preferred (but not required): Experience working with children Lifeguard/CPR certifications (can be obtained during training) About Us: We’re passionate about saving lives through water safety. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool.
