Join our team at British Swim School as a Swim Instructor and help individuals of all ages become confident swimmers in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:- Conduct swim lessons according to British Swim School curriculum and guidelines.- Provide exceptional customer service to all students and parents.- Ensure safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and following safety protocols.- Evaluate and document students' progress and provide feedback to parents.- Maintain a clean and organized swim area.- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Must have: 
Previous experience as a swim instructor preferred, but not required (paid training provided).Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to put on showtime for students during swim lessons.Ability to work with children and adults of all ages and skill levels.Reliable and punctual. 
Be able to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3-7pm and Saturdays/Sundays 8:30-1pm
Be able to pass background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
