Swimming Pool Installer Amsterdam, NY Seasonal Pools/Spas Entry Level Share (https://alpinhaus.applytojob.com/app/share/udsv9VAwL4) We're looking for experienced laborers who enjoy working outdoors and have experience in construction to perform a variety of outdoor tasks associated with the construction and installation of above-ground and in-ground swimming pools.  *We are looking to hire for the end of March/beginning of April but possibility for sooner* Pay: $20-$28/hour based on experience  Job Duties: + Perform general laborer duties to construct pools, such as excavation, stone, concrete, and similar work in the construction field  + Clean and prepare job sites for construction activity, using shovels, backhoes, forklifts, and similar equipment  + Load and unload construction materials to and from trucks  + Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and on customer's property  + Obtain and install equipment and accessories and test for proper function; provide instructions to the customer on proper use and care + Review and update work orders and details, customer concerns, and any related information relative to repair work Qualifications: + Experience using basic hand and power tools  + Construction experience helpful, but not required  + Ability to follow safety instructions and promote a safe working environment  Physical and Environmental Conditions + Talking and hearing, walking and sitting, using hands to grasp, pushing, pulling, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching with arms/hands, are required.  + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds  + Good hand-eye coordination. + Exposure to outside adverse environmental conditions, such as fumes, dust, oils and lubricating fluids, mechanical moving parts, moving vehicles, fluctuating weather conditions, and occasional hazardous chemicals or materials.
